Biographies

Mr. Stewart Christ, President
Mr. Christ, an experienced engineer and business development executive, previously served as President & CEO of HDS, a sophisticated technology services and products company marketing to commercial and government clients. Stewart climbed the ranks with positions ranging from program manager to vice president of marketing. He recently sold the company. Education: BS - University of Michigan, MBA - Marymount University.

Mr. James Currier, President, MyStockFund Securities, Inc.
As President of MyStockFund Securities, Inc., a wholly owned broker/dealer, Mr. Currier brings years of experince in the brokerage industry to OLI, most recently as President of MMS Securities. During Jim's brokerage career, he has planned, implemented and managed the broker/dealer operations from infancy through the NASD membership process and successfully registered in all fifty states. Jim is a Certified Financial Planner and currently holds NASD Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 licenses. Education: BA - Western Michigan University, MBA - University of Detroit.

Mr. Jerome Szelc, Chief Financial Architect
Mr. Szelc brings to OLI a strong record in detailed financial analysis, strategic planning and decision-making. He has performed sophisticated analysis and evaluation of large-scale investment alternatives, has led quantitative benchmarking, and has analyzed project management practices of Fortune 100 companies. Jerry carried out these roles in a variety of positions while working at Comerica Bank, IPA Inc., and most recently Columbia Energy Group. Education: BS & MBA - University of Michigan.

Joe Lerner, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lerner has more than 15 years progressive experience in the design, implementation, and delivery of interactive computer systems. Joe has served as a senior software developer for software companies involved in database design, client/server architectures, and workflow applications. Most recently, Joe was a senior architect for web-based e-commerce programs at Corporate Software & Technology where he served as Technical Leader of their IBM/Lotus Practice. Education: BA -Ithaca College.

Jane McInerney, Director, Marketing & Sales
With more than 18 years of extensive marketing, sales and customer care experience in high technology companies, Ms. McInerney comes on board from TRW's Systems and Information Technology Group where she held a position as Vice President of Marketing. While at TRW she led the marketing - branding and product management - of the commercial Year 2000 practice, and e-business development and integration service. Education: BS - University of Dayton, MBA - DePaul University.

Carl Enroth, Director, Online Services
Mr. Enroth has helped plan and build major corporate e-commerce websites for clients spanning telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing industries. For these clients, Mr. Enroth combined both the business management expertise and technical competency to profitably translate business applications into web site functionality. Education: BS - University of Wisconsin.
